Under strong managerial foundation and corporate governance structure, we are promoting environmental conservation and social contribution through our business activities, as well as work-style reforms to ensure a better working environment for our employees.

To pursue our social commitment, we have identified the following three material issues as key priorities in our business activities: - protecting the environment, respecting human rights and ensuring a better working environment, and are implementing various initiatives. In the environmental front, we aim to achieve net-zero in Greenhouse Gas emission for scope 1 and 2 by March 2031 as we work toward addressing climate change, environmental conservation and carbon neutrality. Regarding human rights, we maintain the internal Human Rights Policy where we declare our commitment to respecting human rights in all aspects of business activities. In the area of labor, we promote “Health and Productivity Management” to enhance employee well-being by creating an environment in which our employees can work in good health both mentally and physically and with a sense of fulfillment.
