MUFG F&L Solutions Co., Ltd. is a strategic subsidiary company playing a part in the real estate and aircraft businesses that MUFG Finance and Leasing is currently focusing on as its core business domains.

In the real estate business field, we develop collaborative projects leveraging the respective functions and strengths of MUFG Finance and Leasing and MUFG F&L Solutions, providing services such as anonymous partnership investments, preferred investments in special purpose companies, acquisition of real estate trust beneficiary rights and real estate, and building leasing.

Additionally, in the aircraft business, we provide aircraft sales intermediary services and asset management services. We propose aircraft investment assets tailored to customers' needs and provide support from leasing and aircraft management to remarketing after investment.
In March 2023, we signed a collaboration agreement with Deucalion Aviation Limited (UK), a major independent aircraft asset management company, and will provide asset management services in cooperation with them.
